The Law requires certain individuals to have safety certificates according to their needs:

Landlord or Home Owners Gas Safety Certificates – CP12:
Landlords are required by Law to obtain a Gas Safety Certificate to ensure that all gas appliances in their properties are safe for their tenants.  Even if there are no appliances and a Gas Meter is present, a Gas Safe Certificate is still required.

Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1994 (as amended), states that a Gas Safety Certificate CP12 is a legal requirement for ALL rented properties and MUST be carried out every 12 months, in order for ALL gas appliances to ‘be safe’.  Be safe and book the inspection of your property for a Gas Safety Certificate NOW.  Whether you have bought a new house for investment and letting out to a tenant or living/residing in, or an existing property that needs its yearly Gas Safety Inspection, or you are selling your house, we are here to assist you.
